RIPON, Wis. (WRPN) – An 18-year-old Watertown resident was killed in a single car crash in the town of Shields Saturday evening.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the crash site on County Road Q and Pit Road just before 6:30 p.m. They learned the vehicle left the road and struck several trees.
It came to rest about 50 yards off the roadway in a heavily wooded area. The driver died at the scene. A name was not released.
