RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- Bond has been set at $100,000 cash for the 22-year-old Elm Grove man suspected of firing a gun from an apartment in Fond du Lac.

Tyler Niederbaumer made his initial appearance in Fond du Lac County Court Wednesday. He faces nine counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and four counts of intentionally pointing a firearm at a person.

Charges stem from an incident on Saturday, July 26th. He allegedly fired rounds from a gun that entered two adjacent apartments, but no one was hurt. Officers were investigating a report of a stabbing when they learned about the gun being fired.
