
Richland center woman arrested for OWI first offense, possession of methamphetamine, and a probation hold
A Richland Center woman has been arrested on a felony drug charge.
Sunday afternoon (Jan 18) around 2:00, Law Enforcement officers were advised by Richland County Dispatch that a female party came to the Sheriff’s Office to submit a urinalysis test.
Stacey L. Faulkner, 40 of Richland Center, tested positive for alcohol and methamphetamine. She told the jail staff that she had consumed alcohol earlier that morning, then drove to the Sheriff’s Office to complete the testing and to visit an inmate.
Wisconsin State Patrol conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests on Faulkner. A search of her vehicle was conducted and authorities located 1.5g of Methamphetamine inside.
