RICHLAND COUNTY, WIS. (WRCO / WRCE)

UPDATE TO STORY:

The following update was posted on the Richland County Snowmobile Alliance Facebook page.

All Richland County Snowmobile trails will be Closed on December 16th at 6AM. Pray for colder weather and snow instead of rain they are forecasting.

A couple more snowmobile trails are now open. Trails from Richland Center to Hub City and Hub City to Cazenovia are open.

In addition to those trails the snowmobile trails from Lone Rock to the Vernon County Line, Vernon County Line to Boaz, Boaz to Richland Center, Richland Center to Lone Rock and the Dayton Ridge Runners club trail to Quail Run are also open. All other section will remain CLOSED until further notice because of numerous issues.

All closed trails will have “trail closed” signage at its entrance.

DO NOT GO ON CLOSED SECTION AS THAT IS TRESPASSING AND YOUR SUBJECT TO BEING TICKETED IF CAUGHT. Conditions are poor to fair. Ride responsible and stay on marked trail. Open trails are groomed. A map identifying the open and closed trails is available on the Richland County Snowmobile Alliance Facebook page.
