The Turkey Avalanche Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of leftover bread (or whatever bread survived the feast) — if it’s moldy, call it “aged for flavor!”
2 cups leftover turkey or whatever critter you had the day before— or whatever meat your cousin accidentally dropped on the floor
½ cup stuffing — the crunchy bits are the gold nuggets of Thanksgiving
2–3 spoonfuls cranberry sauce — because everything’s better with a little jelly slap
A glug of leftover gravy — or enough to drown a small village
Instructions:
Slam one slice of bread down like it owes you money — bonus points if you pretend it’s your ex’s face.
Throw turkey on top like a snowball in July — don’t worry if it goes flying, that’s flavor in action
Pile the stuffing on and smear cranberry sauce like a wild artist — or a toddler with a fingerpainting addiction
Pour gravy over it like you’re baptizing the whole mess — make sure to say “amen” before the first bite
Top with the other slice of bread — hold it together like your last shred of dignity
Eat fast before it collapses — or you’ll be wearing Thanksgiving leftovers as a hat.
