RICHLAND CENTER, Wis. (WRCO / WRCE) – As open enrollment approaches, it’s important for patients to be aware of changes that may affect their Medicare Advantage coverage and access to care.
For example, patients in the service area of The Richland Hospital and Clinics were notified Quartz Medicare Advantage will no longer be offered in Richland County, among others. This change directly impacts patients who are enrolled in this plan who may lose access to The Richland Hospital and Clinics and their preferred providers at that location.
All Medicare Advantage plans are being reviewed; it’s important for you to be aware of what that might mean to you. Before open enrollment ends on December 7, 2025, review your coverage carefully. Don’t wait until it’s too late to discover your preferred provider is suddenly out of network or your coverage has changed.
