I’m Tired but Hungry - cooking with Hank
RICHLAND CENTER, Wis (WRCO Entertainment) – Welcome to cooking with Hank. Do you have the hunger? Hank can feed you!
The “I’m Tired but Hungry” Snack
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of bread or a tortilla
- Peanut butter (or any nut butter you have)
- Banana slices (or apple if that’s all you have)
- Honey or a drizzle of syrup
- Optional: chocolate chips or a sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Spread peanut butter on the bread/tortilla like it owes you money.
- Lay the banana slices on top. Try not to stare too long and question your life choices.
- Drizzle honey or syrup because, yes, life can be sweet even at 2:30 a.m.
- Add chocolate chips or cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy—or a little reckless.
- Fold it, roll it, or just shove it in your mouth standing in front of the fridge.
Funny commentary:
- “This snack is proof that even a zombie version of yourself can make something tasty.
- “It’s healthy-ish, delicious, and only slightly embarrassing. Mostly.
- “Eat it while whispering, ‘I am an adult,’ to yourself. It helps.
