RICHLAND CENTER, Wis (WRCO / WRCE) – Barbara Scott has been named the Interim Service Director for Richland County’s Ambulance Service.
Richland County Administrator Tricia Clements released a statement on Monday:
We understand there has been concern regarding the operation of the Richland County Ambulance Service due to recent personnel changes. The County is pleased to announce that effective June 25, 2025, Barbara Scott will assume the position of Interim Service Director. Director Scott’s familiarity not just with the provision of emergency medical services, but the County’s policies and systems, and the community served by RCEMS, should allow her to take on this role with minimal disruption.
