NECEDAH, Wis (WRCO / WRCE) – A man convicted of homicide and over a dozen other felonies in Juneau County is sentenced to life in prison.

48-year-old Donald Dahlberg was convicted of 15 total charges after prosecutors said he shot and killed Floyd Burdick near Necedah in January of 2024. Burdick’s body and car were both found burned.

Dahlberg’s life sentence comes without the possibility of parole, according to online court records.

Those same online records show Dahlberg has begun the filing process to appeal both the conviction and the life sentence.
