RICHLAND CENTER, Wis (WRCO) – Welcome to cooking with Hank. Do you have the hunger? Do you have a couple of bucks and some bologna? Hank can feed you!
2AM Fried Bologna Slap-Stack”
(A culinary cry for help on white bread)
Serves: 1 tired legend
Time: 7 minutes, or however long you can hold your guilt off
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of white bread (bonus if it’s squished)
- 3 slices of bologna (fried till they scream)
- American cheese (melty and questionable)
- A squirt of yellow mustard (optional but encouraged)
- Potato chips (inside the sandwich—trust the process)
Directions:
- Slap that bologna in a hot pan and fry it till it curls like your cousin’s bangs at prom.
- Stack bologna, cheese, and chips between the bread. Add mustard like you’re painting a masterpiece.
- Smash it together with your hand like it owes you money.
- Eat over the sink. Crying optional.
