RC Girl’s soccer drops a match to Reedsburg

REEDSBURG, Wis (WRCO / WRCE) – The Hornets girls soccer traveled to Reedsburg Friday afternoon for a match in the wind and spotty rain showers.
The Hornets fell 9-1 against the Reedsburg Beavers.
Hornets lone goal was midway through the first half off a beautifully placed corner kick by Moriah O’Bday, placed right inside the 6-yard box and finished by Nevaeh Glasbrenner into the back of the net.
The Hornets started well in the 2nd half and then just couldn’t keep the momentum and gave up a few more goals.
The Hornets will travel to La Crosse today for a noon game against Aquinas.
