RC City Council approves Alderperson, other items
RICHLAND CENTER, Wis (WRCO / WRCE) – The Richland Center City Council met Tuesday, May 6.
The following items on the agenda were discussed and approved:
- The Council appointed Doug Martyniuk as Alderperson for District 3.
- Mayor Todd Coppernoll informed the Council that a contract was approved, by the Utility Commission, to Town & Country Engineering, for Force-Main Improvements on Highway 80 North to improve underground pipes for waste water.
- The Council accepted the donation of a new dugout for Youth Baseball. Work will be done by the Richland Center High School Industrial Arts Department.
Also, during the evening session, the Council approved a five-year subscription renewal for the fuel system at the Richland Center Airport.

Adam Hess has been involved in radio broadcasting since 1990, with many of those years spent on the air at WRCO FM in Richland Center. Currently, Adam hosts the Weekend Wake-up and Prime Mover Saturdays on WRCO FM, jumps in and helps out with news duties, handles Social Media duties for WRCO and WRCE, and is the Director of Technology at a Southwest Wisconsin School District.
