Grant County rollover crash resulted in serious injuries

A one vehicle rollover crash resulted in serious injuries. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office reports the crash occurred Thursday night (April 10) around 5:30 near the intersection of County Highway A and Dry Hollow Road, in Ellenboro Township.
When deputies arrived, they learned Keysean Johnson, 22 of Lancaster, was traveling west on A when he lost control of his vehicle, crossed the centerline, and entered a field to the south. When the vehicle entered the field, it began to overturn. The vehicle overturned multiple times before it came to rest on its wheels.
During the crash, Johnson was ejected from the vehicle. A witness to the crash began to render aid until the arrival of Lancaster EMS.
Keysean Johnson suffered severe injuries due to the crash and was transported to Grant Regional Health Center by Lancaster EMS, and then was transported by Med Flight to UW Health University Hospital.
Keysean Johnson was cited for Operating While Intoxicated first offense and Failure to Maintain Control.
