Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. (WFHR, WIRI) – While there are no new answers for the family of Deidre Week, there are efforts being made to solve the crime. This week a True Crime Documentary was released on YouTube digging into the details of the case and trying to find out what truly happened on the day Deidre was killed.

March 24, 1995

Deidre was hit by a vehicle while riding her bike home from play practice. It happened around 6:30PM on Friday, March 24, 1995. She stopped to buy treats on her way home. While riding her bike on County Highway HH, Deidre was hit by a vehicle. Eyewitness accounts and conflicting descriptions are just the beginning of what is being called a cover-up.
