SSM Health St. Clare Hospital – Baraboo is one of the 2025 Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals in the United States according to The Chartis Center for Rural Health.
This recognition marks the fourth consecutive year that the hospital has achieved this honor, underscoring its unwavering commitment to quality healthcare.
The recognition by The Chartis Center for Rural Health is based on an analysis of publicly available data, evaluating hospitals across eight pillars of strength: inpatient market share; outpatient market share; cost; quality; outcomes; patient perspective; and financial stability.
These standards reflect the hospital’s commitment to maintaining excellence in all aspects of healthcare delivery.
