RACINE, Wis (WRJN) – Early this morning, music came back to WRJN. So far, the tag line being used is “Local News and Timeless Hits” and on-air personalities have talked about listening to feedback in making the change away from talk programming. Artists being played as of this morning include Elvis, The Beatles, and The Supremes.

‘The Don Rosen Show‘ and ‘Music of the Stars with Lou Rugani‘ both continue to be a part of the lineup, with Cindy Huber, Curt Vollman, Terry Havel, and Rick Johnson adding to the on-air personality list over the next weeks.

The Civic Media state-wide talk network can still be heard locally by tuning into 540-AM, WAUK or by downloading the Civic Media app.

WRJN will continue to carry sports programming, including the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, and high school sports.

WRJN is broadcasted on 1400AM, 99.9FM in Racine, and 98.1FM in Kenosha.

Signing on the air in December of 1926, WRJN is one of the oldest continuously operating radio stations in the United States.
